Happy Sunday Reader! 😁
I'm not sure if you need to hear this today, but it was a good reminder for myself, so I figured I'd share it with you:
Every moment describes who we are RIGHT NOW...and gives us the opportunity to decide if that's who we want to be.
I love this - it reminds me that I have a choice in every moment how I am showing up in my personal life, my relationships, and my work life. Sometimes, that reminder is all we need to get us moving energetically in the right direction.
What does this quote bring up for you? Hit reply and let me know. I'd love to hear from you! 🥰
Before I sign off, I wanted to let you know about an opportunity that I have for you.
I’m working on the next level of my certification process for transition-based life coaching. Along with all the coaching I’ve been doing with mentor coaches, peer coaches, and my current clients, I need to complete a whole slew of complimentary sessions with people I’m not currently working with.
Here’s who I’m looking for:
-any woman not currently working with a coach that has personal or professional goals they’d like to achieve
-any woman looking to find their purpose and passion
-any woman who would like to explore spiritual and energy coaching who has a passion for personal development
-any woman who is considering a divorce, is in the middle of a divorce, or is post-divorce process
-any woman who is considering or in the middle of a life transition such as career change, empty nesters, or even retirement
If you fit any of these categories and can give me an hour of your time in the next 30 days, please email me back or click on this link to schedule a call or zoom with me:

Have a wonderful week!

For women who feel like nothing is wrong - but something isn’t right. Expect thoughtful reflections on identity, nervous system patterns, and the quiet process of rebuilding self-trust.
I was sitting in a dark little Airbnb on a beautiful fall day. Birds chirping outside. Sunshine. And me - tapping while texting my ex-husband and my daughter in separate threads, trying to keep the peace between them while my heart was pounding and my shoulders were up to my ears. Migraine. Tight throat. The whole thing. Nothing had gone wrong. But I'd been playing middleman for so long I couldn't separate it from who I was. And I was terrified that if I stepped back, everything would fall...
Hi Reader, Last time I wrote about the stabilizing force many capable women quietly become in their lives. Most of the women I work with are already incredibly self-aware. They’ve read the books. They’ve done the journaling. They can explain exactly why they tend to over-function or carry too much responsibility. But insight alone rarely changes the pattern. You can understand something intellectually and still find yourself doing the exact same thing the next time pressure appears. Because the...
Hi, Reader, Over the years I’ve worked with a particular kind of woman. Capable.Thoughtful.Reliable. The one people naturally turn to when something needs to be taken care of. At work.At home.In families. In relationships. No one formally appointed her to the role, but she noticed what needed to be done… and she did it. From the outside, this reads as strength. And in many ways, it is. But there’s a quieter side to it that almost no one talks about. When you become the stabilizing force in...
